These terms explain how WreckerHub360 works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Built for Australian wrecking businesses. No unnecessary complexity.

Using WreckerHub360

WreckerHub360 is a platform built for Australian automotive wrecking businesses. It helps you manage your inventory, track parts, create invoices, organise compliance documents, and connect with customers looking for parts.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to represent your business to register a business account. You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by staff members you add.

Every business registration is reviewed before activation. We verify your business details, ABN, and contact information to make sure the platform stays professional and trustworthy. We may contact you to confirm your details before your account goes live.

Subscription plans and billing

Business accounts operate on a subscription basis. We offer Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans with different vehicle limits, staff seats, and feature sets. You choose your plan when you register, and billing begins once your account is approved.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. You will receive a tax invoice for each billing period. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection. Annual plans include a discount equivalent to two months free.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you may be charged a prorated amount for the difference.

We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card information is encrypted and never stored on WreckerHub360 servers.

Trial periods and promotional offers

From time to time, we may offer trial periods or promotional discounts to new businesses. These offers are optional and clearly stated when you sign up. A trial period lets you use the platform before your first payment is due.

If you are on a trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will receive a reminder email before the trial expires. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or end promotional offers at any time.

Payment obligations

Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date. If a payment fails, we will retry the charge. You will receive an email notification if a payment does not go through. It is your responsibility to keep your payment method up to date.

If your account remains unpaid after multiple reminders, we may restrict access to your dashboard, pause your public yard listing, or suspend your account. We will always notify you before taking any action and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

You are responsible for any fees, charges, or taxes associated with your subscription. If you dispute a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback through your bank.

Account pauses and restrictions

WreckerHub360 reserves the right to pause or restrict accounts after reasonable payment reminders have been issued. This means if your subscription is overdue, we may temporarily disable your ability to add new vehicles, make your public yard page unavailable, or limit access to certain features until payment is received.

We will never delete your data without warning. If your account is paused, your inventory, invoices, and records remain stored securely. Once payment is resolved, full access is restored immediately. If your account remains suspended for more than 90 days, we may begin the process of permanent deletion in line with our data retention policy.

You can pause your own subscription at any time from your billing settings. This puts your account on hold without deleting your data. You can resume whenever you are ready.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard billing settings. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew and your public yard listing will be deactivated.

If you cancel within the first 14 days and have not used the platform significantly, you may be eligible for a full refund. Refund requests are assessed case by case and must be submitted by emailing wreckerhub360@gmail.com. We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

Refunds are not available for accounts that have been active for more than 14 days, accounts that have violated our terms, or accounts that have used promotional offers. No refunds are given for partial months.

Your data and ownership

You own all the data you upload to WreckerHub360. This includes your inventory records, vehicle descriptions, part listings, pricing, photos, compliance documents, invoices, customer lists, and business information. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

You grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process your data solely for the purpose of running the platform and delivering the services you pay for. This licence ends when you delete your content or close your account. We will never use your data to compete with your business or create competing listings.

You can export your full inventory data at any time from your dashboard. We provide export options for your vehicle records, part listings, invoice history, and compliance documents in common formats. If you close your account, we will retain your data for 90 days in case you reactivate, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Your responsibilities

As a wrecking business using WreckerHub360, you remain fully responsible for the vehicles and parts you list. This includes ensuring every vehicle is legally sourced, properly documented, and compliant with Australian laws around vehicle disposal, recycling, and parts sales.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Part descriptions, fitment information, pricing, and availability must be honest and up to date. If a part is sold or no longer available, you should update or remove the listing promptly. Customers rely on your listings to make purchasing decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining compliance records. WreckerHub360 provides tools to store compliance documents, but it is your obligation to upload the correct paperwork, keep it current, and ensure it meets the requirements of your state or territory. We do not verify the accuracy of compliance documents you upload.

You are responsible for pricing accuracy. Prices displayed on your public yard page or sent to customers should reflect your actual selling price. You are responsible for any tax obligations, including GST, associated with your sales.

You are responsible for how you handle customer enquiries. Respond promptly, treat customers fairly, and handle their personal information in accordance with your own privacy practices and Australian law.

Acceptable use

WreckerHub360 is intended for legitimate Australian automotive wrecking businesses and genuine customers. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the platform, other businesses, or customers.

You may not use the platform to list stolen vehicles or parts, counterfeit goods, or items you are not legally authorised to sell. You may not create fake listings to mislead customers or manipulate search results. You may not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassing messages to customers or other businesses.

You may not attempt to interfere with the platform's security, access other users' accounts without permission, or use automated tools to scrape data from the site. You may not reverse-engineer the platform or attempt to bypass any access controls.

You may not create multiple business accounts to circumvent plan limits or avoid subscription fees. Each physical wrecking yard should have one business account. If you operate multiple yards, contact us about a multi-yard plan.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a way that harms other users or WreckerHub360.

Common reasons for suspension include listing stolen parts, providing false business information, repeatedly ignoring customer enquiries, failing to upload required compliance documents, or attempting to access other users' accounts. We may also suspend accounts for non-payment after reasonable reminders.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email with the reason for the action. You may appeal a suspension by contacting wreckerhub360@gmail.com. We aim to respond to appeals within 5 business days. If your appeal is successful, your account will be restored. If not, your subscription will be cancelled and your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

What we are responsible for

WreckerHub360 provides the platform, tools, and infrastructure to help you run your wrecking business. We are responsible for keeping the platform available, secure, and performing well. We maintain the servers, handle security updates, and ensure your data is backed up.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the quality of parts you sell, or disputes between you and your customers. We do not verify the condition, authenticity, or fitment of individual parts. We facilitate connections between wreckers and customers, but we do not act as a mediator in disputes.

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment failures, or circumstances that prevent normal platform operation. To the extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in subscription fees during the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and show a notice when you next sign in. We will always give you at least 14 days' notice before major changes take effect.

If you continue using WreckerHub360 after changes take effect, that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should cancel your subscription and close your account before the changes take effect.
